The Knitting Fiend! (Lucia Liljegren) has created this interesting concept to generate patterns to your specified measurements and style choices. She includes a pullover and cardigan, and has added a new turtleneck sweater. Hints on estimating yardage are also presented. Be sure to check out the resource “How to Measure,” with helpful photos. A YahooGroups list is available for those knitting patterns from the Knitting Fiend Pattern Generator. Check it out here.

The blog pages show photos and Sarah's design process for this sweater. Lots of useful information!
