Debbi Young’s “Braids” Sweater

Debbi joined in the Ample-Knitters Braids Project and sent this photo of her finished sweater.

She writes, “I should have chosen a solid yarn, rather than the brown/cream tweed Valuruguai Natural Look Superwash I ended up using. While reorganizing my stash, I came across 25 balls of this yarn, and decided it had to be used. Now. The texture of the braids is definitely lost in the tweed.

That said, however, I really *love* the sweater. It was interesting to knit, was finished in less than a month and fits comfortably.”
