Glenna’s “More Than A Sweatshirt” (MTAS)

Ample-Knitters did a Knit-a-Long in the fall of 2001 to knit this wonderful sweater by Sidna Farley. You can see more photos and information on the MTAS Project Pages.

Glenna writes:
“Here are the photos of my finished MTAS project. This was a wonderful experience, as the yarn combo I came up with worked out so well. The pictures can’t show the true subtlety of the color, and convey the incredible lightness and softness of this sweater. I just love it.

It is also very *warm* - surprisingly so, for such a lightweight sweater. Maybe not the most flattering shape for me (vertically challenged), but oh, so comforting to wear. And my cats won’t leave it alone. I don’t dare leave it on the bed, or they’re on it in an instant. They *love* to lie on it - and did while I was knitting it, too.”
