Vida Christian-Battu’s “Einstein Coat”

Here's my “Einstein” with my patriotic wooden hand-painted buttons and flag scarf.

I used Colorado Yarns Breckenridge in a bright medium blue. I can't remember how many skeins I used, but it was 2-3 more than the pattern called for in the largest size, even though the yardage math on my part was correct - I suspect the skeins weren't the full yardage specified on the label. Always buy more!

I made a small, stand-up collar so when I button my coat all the way, the collar looks very good, and when I leave the top button open, it becomes a lapel.
